Utility bills are sent out bi-monthly, through the City's Finance Department. Your utility bill includes fees for water, sanitary sewer, and state testing.
Please contact Utility Billing with questions regarding your account, to change the billing name or address, to help you establish a new account, or schedule water meter readings for residents who are moving.
