Planning Commission Meeting Agenda Packets and Minutes

The Planning Commission advises the City Council on issues involving the establishment of and compliance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan and the zoning, subdivision, and sign ordinances. The Commission also reviews residential, commercial, and industrial development proposals and makes recommendations to the City Council according to the goals and objectives of the comprehensive plan and requirements of the zoning, subdivision, and sign ordinances.

The Dayton Planning Commission meets on the first Thursday of each month. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. and are held at Dayton City Hall. Persons interested in placing items on the agenda are requested to contact Samantha Orduno, City Administrator.
