05-01-10 Police responded to a reported gas leak at a residence in the 11400-blk of Arrowood Lane. Dayton Fire and the gas company responded also.
Police observed several vehicles parked on 139th Ave in violation of the no parking ordinance. Police located a male walking to one of the vehicles under the age of 21 who had consumed alcohol at a residence in the area. Further investigation led police to a residence in the 14000-blk of Jonquil Lane, where an adult male was arrested for procuring alcohol to minors. Enforcement action for underage consumption was also taken. 05-02-10 Police responded to a medical emergency in the 15200-blk of 113th Ave. An adult male was transported to the hospital for treatment 005-03-10 Police attempted service of an arrest warrant on Burns Drive

Upon arrival police determined three vehicles were involved multiple persons were transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Police responded to a personal injury accident near the intersection of Co Rd 12/Lawndale Ln. Upon arrival police determined two vehicles were involved. Three persons were transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Police arrested an adult male at a residence in the 12900-blk of Cottonwood Circle for an outstanding warrant and for probable cause 1st degree criminal sexual conduct.
Police responded to a medical emergency in the 18700-blk of Robinson St. An adult male was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
05-18-10 Police responded to a reported gas leak at an address on Crestwood Drive. Police assisted in evacuating several homes until leak was stopped. Police responded to a medical emergency on York Ave, and adult male was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
05-19-10 Police responded to a medical emergency in the 11200-blk of Co Rd 121. Paramedics responded and the party declined transport.
Police responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Co Rd 81/Holly Ln. Upon arrival police determined a vehicle had been forced off the roadway by another. The suspect vehicle was located in the city of Osseo. Action is pending for the driver of one of the vehicles involved.

Police responded to a 911 hang up call at a residence on Robinson St. Upon arrival police determined an adult female and adult male had a verbal dispute. Police had one of the parties leave the residence.
Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Crestwood Drive. Upon arrival police determined a domestic assault had occurred. An adult male was arrested for probable cause domestic assault. 05-21-10
Police made an arrest for careless driving in the 15600-blk of Co Rd 144.

Police were dispatched to a business on 113th Ave for a 911 hang up. Upon arrival police determined the problem to be a civil dispute between the business and customer. Police advised all persons involved to resolve matter in civil court.

Police responded to a report of someone yelling for help near the intersection of Dayton St/Richardson Av. Police arrived and determined an adult male who had been kayaking on the Crow River, when he flipped his kayak over. The adult male was able to make it to shore. Police had paramedics check the male, who was uninjured Alcohol was involved. No further action taken.
Police made a probable cause 3rd degree DWI arrest.

Vandalism was reported in the 14200-blk of Lawndale Lane.
Police responded to a reported robbery at a business in the 19000-blk of Co Rd 81. Police arrived and determined the incident was not a robbery, rather a customer problem. Police spoke to all persons involved.

Police responded to Rogers to assist in locating a hit and run suspect driver, who fled from his vehicle on foot. Police located the suspect near the intersection of Co Rd 81/Memorial Drive. The suspect was turned over to Rogers Police.
