4. Public Hearing - Draft Park, Trail and Open Space Plan

The draft Park, Trail and Open Space plan will be presented by the project consultants at HKGI. The Parks and Planning Commissions will have the opportunity to take public comment, ask questions and discuss the plan. Staff is asking the Parks and Planning to make a motion on the draft to be acted on by the City Council on January 23, 2007.
