Utility Improvements

The City of Dayton has scheduled a Public
Hearing to present the utility improvements as part of the West French Lake
Project. The improvements include
sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street restoration, easements, and
sanitary sewer lift station. The project
area and area proposed to be assessed are shown on the attached drawing and are
described below:
The following parcels are included:

Parcels 3000
lineal feet north of 124th Ave between Dayton/Hassan Township border
and French Lake
·
Parcels between
Brockton Lane (County Road 13) and French Lake south of 124th Ave.
and north of County Road 81, west of a line 3,700 lineal feet east
·
Parcels along
Territorial Road starting 1,200 lineal feet east of Brockton Lane, and ending
3,300 lineal feet east of Brockton Lane.
A Public Hearing will be held on
Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at Dayton City Hall, beginning at 7:00 pm or shortly
thereafter.
The estimated cost for the project
is $6,075,000. The estimated assessments
to each parcel in the project area and project schedule will be discussed at
the public hearing.
All written and verbal testimony
will be taken at this meeting.
