NE Dayton Areas 1-6 Street and Utility Improvements

Area 1 & 2 - Contract 1- LaTour Construction, Inc

· Construction for the day

- Northpine will shut down South Diamond Lake Road from Evergreen Lane to Balsam Lane to work on grading the street. Residents who live to the south of South Diamond lake Road will have access from Arrowood lane and come in from the east. Residents who live on the north side of South Diamond Lake Road should access their neighborhood from Hemlock Lane and come in from the west.

- They will also have a utility crew working on storm sewer on 134^th1/2 Ave.

- Another utility crew will be working on sanitary sewer and services on 134^th Ave.

- Another utility crew will also be installing sanitary sewer on Zachary Circle.

Area 3, 4 & 6 – Contract 2 – S.R. Weidema

· Construction for the day

- Today, Weidema will have a utility crew working installing sanitary sewer on North Diamond Lake Road working to the west from Vinewood Lane towards Berkshire Lane. They should complete the sanitary installation today and will start on water main tomorrow at the intersection of Vinewood Lane and North Diamond Lake Road. Residents who live on Vinewood Lane will need to exit and come in from the South Diamond Lake Road. Residents who live on North Diamond Lake Road will need to come in from the west until they get passed their homes as they work from east to west. The water main installation is a faster process than the sanitary sewer installation.

- They will also have a utility crew working on Pineview Lane installing water main on the west shoulder of the street.

- Crews will be working on preparing driveways on Vinewood Lane and 139^th Ave.

- They will also be working on bringing in Class 5 on 139^th Ave.

Area 5 – Contract 3 – Kuechle Underground

· Construction for the day

- Today, crews will be working on cleaning up the streets. They will work on grading boulevards and preparing driveways for asphalt or concrete.

- Crews may start to finish rock installation if the street is dry enough. Residents should keep their cars off of the graveled streets and keep them in their driveways.
