NE Dayton Areas 1-6 Street and Utility Improvements

Area 1 & 2 - Contract 1- LaTour Construction, Inc

· Construction for the day

- LaTour will have two utility crews working in the evergreen area north of the golf coarse finishing watermain and water services.

- There will be another utility crew on Zachary Circle installing water main and water services.

- Northpine will be sub-cutting 134^th ½ and placing sand.

- McCrossan will be paving driveways south of the golf coarse and time permitting on Balsam in the business area.

Area 3, 4 & 6 – Contract 2 – S.R. Weidema

· Construction for the day

- Weidema will have a utility crew on North Diamond Lake Road working on installing cross culverts.

- The utility crew will move to Vinewood Lane and work on drain tile and driveway culverts.

- They will also have a dirt crew working on grading the boulevards on South Diamond Lake Road and Vinewood Lane.

- Schmidt Curb will be out to start framing driveways on 139^th Ave and Vinewood Lane later in the afternoon. They will start to pour them today and continue to pour on Thursday.

- McCrossan will be out in the morning to finish installing bituminous driveways on Vinewood Lane.

Area 5 – Contract 3 – Kuechle Underground

· Construction for the day

- JR Larson will be on site to place the temporary seed throughout the project.

- Creative Curb will be here to install concrete driveways.
