NE Dayton Areas 1-6 Street and Utility Improvements

Area 1 & 2 - Contract 1- LaTour Construction, Inc

· Construction for the day

- LaTour will have a utility crew working on storm sewer at the intersection of Evergreen Lane and 136^th Ave.

- There will be another utility crew on Zachary Circle installing sanitary services.

- Northpine will continue to spread topsoil in Area 1. They will also be hauling in gravel on 134^th Ave.

Area 3, 4 & 6 – Contract 2 – S.R. Weidema

· Construction for the day

- Weidema will have two utility crews on North Diamond Lake Road working on installing services.

- They will also have a dirt crew working on grading the boulevards on South Diamond Lake Road and Vinewood Lane.

- The street crew will be backfilling curb and driveways on Vinewood Lane where curb was installed last week.

- McCrossan will be paving the rest of South Diamond Lake Road.

Area 5 – Contract 3 – Kuechle Underground

· Construction for the day

- Street crews will be placing gravel on the unpaved sections of the streets. Residents are to keep their cars off the graveled streets, so crews can finish preparing the gravel. McCrossan may be over later today to start to pave the graveled streets.
