NE Dayton Areas 1-6 Street and Utility Improvements

October 25, 26, 27 & 28, 2007

 

Area 1 & 2 - Contract 1- LaTour Construction, Inc

·         Construction for the day

-        LaTour will have a utility crew working on storm sewer on Evergreen Lane.

-        There will be another utility crew in the Evergreen area installing sanitary services.

-        There will be another utility crew installing sanitary sewer on Zachary Circle.

-        Northpine will be spreading topsoil in Area 1. They will also start to prepare 134th ½ Ave for gravel.

-        Friday Northpine will work to prepare 134th Ave for gravel

-        McCrossan will pave Balsam Lane later in the day on Friday.

-        No work is scheduled for this weekend

 

Area 3, 4 & 6 – Contract 2 – S.R. Weidema

·         Construction for the day

-        Weidema will have a crew on North Diamond Lake Road working on the water main installation.

-        They will also have a utility crew working South Diamond Lake Road installing storm culverts.

-        Street crews will be working to prepare South Diamond Lake Road.

-        They will start to pave at the intersection of South Diamond Lake Road and Pineview Lane intersection. They will continue to Vinewood Lane and 139th Ave. This paving will continue into Friday.

-        They will continue to complete culvert installation on South Diamond Lake Road and Watermain installation on North Diamond Lake Road on Friday.

-        There is no work scheduled for this weekend.

 

Area 5 – Contract 3 – Kuechle Underground

·         Construction for the day  

-        Street crews will be placing gravel on the unpaved sections of the streets. Residents are to keep their cars off the graveled streets, so crews can finish preparing the gravel. Paving will start on Monday.

-        No work is scheduled for this weekend.
