NE Dayton Areas 1-6 Street and Utility Improvements

Area 1 & 2 - Contract 1- LaTour Construction, Inc

· Construction for the day

- Northpine will have South Diamond Lake Road from Evergreen Lane to Balsam Lane closed to work on grading the street. Residents who live to the south of South Diamond lake Road will have access from Arrowood lane and come in from the east. Residents who live on the north side of South Diamond Lake Road should access their neighborhood from Hemlock Lane and come in from the west.

- They will also have a utility crew working on storm sewer on 134^th1/2 Ave will be completed this morning. They will be moving on to Evergreen Lane to continue to install storm sewer.

- There will be a utility crew on 134^th Ave completing the installation of services on 134^th Ave. Once that is complete they will move to Evergreen and work on service installation.

- Paving on Balsam Lane is tentatively scheduled for tomorrow.

- Bituminous and concrete driveways in Area 1 will resume tomorrow.

Area 3, 4 & 6 – Contract 2 – S.R. Weidema

· Construction for the day

- Weidema will have a crew on North Diamond Lake Road working on the water main installation.

- They will also have a utility crew working on Pineview Lane installing water main on the west shoulder to the south of South Diamond Lake Road heading towards the water tower site.

- Street crews will be working to prepare South Diamond Lake Road and Vinewood Lane for bituminous pavement. Paving is scheduled for tomorrow.

- Schmidt Curb will be installing curb on Vinewood Lane north of 139^th Ave.

- Paving on South Diamond Lake Road, Vinewood Lane and 139^th Ave are scheduled to begin tomorrow.

Area 5 – Contract 3 – Kuechle Underground

· Construction for the day

- Street crews will be placing gravel on the unpaved sections of the streets. Residents are to keep their cars off the graveled streets, so crews can finished the tolerancing.
