NE Dayton Areas 1-6 Street and Utility Improvements

Area 1 & 2 - Contract 1- LaTour Construction, Inc

· Construction for the day

- No work is scheduled for today. (Thursday)

- Friday they will shut down South Diamond Lake Road from Hemlock to work on grading the street. Resdients who live to the south of South Diamond lake Road will have access from Arrowood lane and come in from the east. Residents who live on the north side of South Diamond Lake Road should access their neighborhood from Hemlock Lane and come in from the west.

- Friday they will also have a utility crew working on storm sewer on 134^th1/2 Ave.

- Friday another utility crew will be working on sanitary sewer and services on 134^th Ave.

- On Monday sanitary sewer installation is scheduled to begin on Zachary Circle.

- No work is schedule to happen this weekend.

Area 3, 4 & 6 – Contract 2 – S.R. Weidema

· Construction for the day

- Today Weidema will have a utility crew working installing sanitary sewer on North Diamond Lake Road working to the west from Vinewood Lane towards Berkshire Lane.

- On Friday they will continue to work on sanitary sewer installation on North Diamond Lake Road

- On Friday they will have a utility crew working on Pineview Lane installing water main in the boulevard toward the tower site.

- Also on Friday crews will be working on preparing driveways on Vinewood Lane and 139^th Ave.

- No work is scheduled for this weekend.

Area 5 – Contract 3 – Kuechle Underground

· Construction for the day

- No construction is scheduled for today.

- Friday crews will be working on clean up on the streets. They will work on grading boulevards and preparing driveways for asphalt or concrete.

- No construction is scheduled for this weekdend.

· The weather may delay this schedule. Rain is in the for cast for tomorrow.(Friday) The contractor will determine in the field tomorrow if they will be working or not.
