NE Dayton Areas 1-6 Street and Utility Improvements

Area 1 & 2 - Contract 1- LaTour Construction, Inc

·         Construction for the day

-        Latour is working on installing sanitary sewer on 134 Ave.  

-         They also have a utility crew working on storm sewer on South Diamond Lake Road between Evergreen  Lane and Hemlock Lane.

-        Once the storm sewer is installed they will move into the Evergreen Area, north of South Diamond Lake Road and install sanitary services.

-        North Pine will work to grade the ditches South Diamond Lake Road from Arrowood Lane to the Dayton/Champlin border.

Area 3, 4 & 6 – Contract 2 – S.R. Weidema

·         Construction for the day

-        Weidema will have a utility crew working installing sanitary sewer on North Diamond Lake Road working to the west from Vinewood Lane towards Berkshire Lane.

-        They will be working on pumping water out of streets and grading out rough streets.

-        They will also be installing the property owner’s fence along the sanitary easement to the east of Norwood Lane.

 

Area 5 – Contract 3 – Kuechle Underground

·         Construction for the day  

-        Kuechle will be raising manholes castings on all of the paved streets.

-        Kuechle will also be saw cutting and removing damaged driveway sections on the newly curbed streets.

·         Today’s rain fall may shut down crews early.

·         The schedule above is an estimate for the day. The weather can delay the schedule or cause it to change.
