NE Dayton Areas 1-6 Street and Utility Improvements

Area 1 & 2 - Contract 1- LaTour Construction, Inc

· Construction for the day

- LaTour will be installing sanitary sewer in the Dayton Industrial Park east of Balsam Lane.

- Northpine will be sub-cutting in the Evergreen Area preparing it for gravel.

- Latour will start installing trunk sewer thru the Hayden Hills Golf Course. beginning at the intersection of Deerwood and Balsam and working to the north.

Area 3, 4 & 6 – Contract 2 – S.R. Weidema

· Construction for the day

- Road crews with be raising manholes on South Diamond Lake Road, Vinewood and 139^th Ave.

- A utility crew will be working on installing sanitary sewer in the shoulder along Dayton River Road.

- Road Crews will be working on cutting the road and hauling in gravel on North Diamond Lake Road.

Area 5 – Contract 3 – Kuechle Underground
