NE Dayton Areas 1-6 Street and Utility Improvements

Area 1 & 2 - Contract 1- LaTour Construction, Inc

· Construction for the day

- LaTour will be installing manhole castings on the project, south of South Diamond Lake Road.

- Northpine will be preparing driveways on both areas of the project.

- Northpine will also be placing black dirt through the golf course and surrounding areas.

Area 3, 4 & 6 – Contract 2 – S.R. Weidema

· Construction for the day

- Weidema will install water main near the water tower today.

- Random seeding and small items will be taken care of this week throughout the project. Traffic interruption should be minimal.

Area 5 – Contract 3 – Kuechle Underground

· Construction for the day

- Kuechle will be raising the manhole castings throughout the project the rest of the week.

- Random seeding and small items will be taken care of this week throughout the project. Traffic interruption should be minimal.
