STREET PAVING

NE Dayton Contract 1, Area 1 Street and Utility Improvements

• Paving crews will be paving the streets starting on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. The streets being paved are Arrowood Lane, Arrowood Circle, 130^th, Zachary Lane, Balsam Lane, Deerwood Lane, and Cottonwood Circle.

· Residents please do not park on the streets during working hours (7:00am to 7:00pm), Thursday, Friday, and Monday unless the whole street has been paved, then you may park on the pavement. You will always be able to park in your driveway during paving.

· You can drive on the pavement right away, usually within 20 minutes of it being laid down. Try not to make sharp turns on fresh pavement. Watch the construction workers, they will guide you around the paving area.

· Typically, one lane of the street is paved at a time; you can drive on the lane that is not paved during the paving process. Please be patient, there may be times when you will have to wait a moment for them to move out of your way.

· There will be another notice informing you more about when driveways will be patched. If you are having your full driveway replaced let me know as soon as possible.
